Today is a Public Holiday.
Didn't feel like doing much, lazed around.
Kids begged me to make some ice-cream.
But I have run out of non-diary cream.
Thought of an alternative.
I used evaporated milk and coffee mate.
It took quite a while to set.
Looks good, doesn't it?
But, it tasted powdery, not that smooth.
Hmm... wonder the cat next door fancy some ice-cream.
