After the last not-so successful attempt to make ice-cream, this time round I have opted for non-diary whipping cream instead of the powdery coffee mate.
I have made Cookies n Cream ice-cream on Sunday night. Simple, just need some Oreo biscuits and that will do nicely.

My kids said it somehow tasted too milky. What? I have already substituted the diary cream with normal low fat milk. Umm... blame the cows!
